Visa/Mastercard, or bank transfer — a small platform fee is
deducted from the payment.
You choose whether guests pay the fee on top or whether you absorb
it from your revenue. Either way, the fee only triggers
when money moves.

Siima is built for East Africa — Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and beyond. Built-in payment methods include M-Pesa, Airtel Money, card (Visa/Mastercard), and bank transfer. Cash and direct transfer bookings you record manually — no charge for those.
Do my guests need to create an account to book?
No. Guests book and pay through the widget without signing up for anything. They receive a confirmation email and a PDF voucher with their QR code — that's all they need. Naturally, you and your team have accounts to manage bookings and check in guests, but your customers don't need one.
Can I manage both day trips and multi-day safaris in one account?
Yes. Siima handles everything from a 2-hour guided walk to a 10-day overland safari in the same dashboard. Each experience has its own availability, pricing tiers, capacity settings, and itinerary — managed in one place.
I already track bookings in a spreadsheet. Is migration difficult?
We help you get set up during onboarding. For existing bookings, your historical records stay in your spreadsheet — Siima takes over from your go-live date. New bookings from that point are all managed in Siima.
What happens to my data if I stop using Siima?
Your data is yours. You can export all bookings, guest information, and reports to CSV at any time, no questions asked.
